The Board of Zoning Appeals is a 5 member board that hears and determines appeals from administrative decisions, petitions for variances, and hardships which would prevent the reasonable use of land. The Board meets one time per month on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM. One new member is needed.
Restoration and Architectural Board of Review
The Restoration Board is a 7-person board that meets at 7:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of the month. The Board reviews requests for Certificates of Appropriateness from owners of property within Tipp City's Historic District.
Citizens who wish to be considered for any Board or Commission must complete an application and submit it to Janice Bates, Clerk of Council. Applications are available online at www.tippcityohio.gov or at the Government Center located at 260 South Garber Drive, Tipp City.
