Equine Park Rules
Animals permitted are horses, ponies, donkeys, or mules
Owners are solely responsible for the actions of their animals and it is the responsibility of the handler to remain in control at all times
If passing a horse going in the same direction, call ahead to let them know you are approaching; pass on the left; don’t pick up pace until safely passed riders are okay
Pack out manure at trailer staging areas
Leave no trace - pack out what you pack in
Tie only to hitch rails or trailers - tying to trees is prohibited
Horseback riders must remain on designated bridle trails and areas designated for horses
Stay off trails if they are wet and muddy
Notice: Kyle Park trails are open weather permitting. Trails will be closed during excessive wet or flooding weather conditions at the discretion of the Park Superintendent.
Warning to Patrons
Users of this facility do so at their own risk. Tipp City shall not be liable for injury or damages caused by the animal in question and/or their owner while in the park.
Beware of horses at all times. Don’t make sudden movements. Hikers yield to horses where paths intersect
