Mission
The mission of the Tipp City Fire & Emergency Services Department is to provide the highest
quality emergency services to all who call upon us for help and to promote good will in our
community.
Tipp City Fire & Emergency Services (TCFES) is seeking interested stakeholders. The stakeholder group is to provide input, guidance and strategic planning. The topics are Governance, Funding, and Expectations (see below).
The vision is to have elected officials from Tipp City and Monroe Township, as well as citizens from the City and Township on the Strategic Planning Committee.
The first meeting will refresh or inform all participants on the department’s history, current events, governance and budget structure. Future meetings will include:

Organizational Goals
Level of care – advanced life support v. basic life support
Response time, NFPA Standards, State Law, ISO, Technical Rescue, etc…
Organization Structure of Choice
City with Contract Coverage (current), Township or Fire/EMS District
Long Term Funding Source
Income Tax, Property Tax, Combination, user fees, EMS billing, other, etc…
