Who do I call when my electric power is out?

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, call Tipp City Utilities at 667-8424. After hours and on the weekends, call 667-3112 (the Police Department) and they will notifiy the electric department.

Who do I call when a street light or security light is not working properly?
Call Tipp City Utilities at 667-8424.
What should I do during a power outage?

After reporting the outage to the Utilities Department at 667-6305, unplug all non essential appliances.  Also, keep refrigerator and freezer doors closed.  Continually opening and closing these doors will result in faster loss of cold air.
