The Division of Engineering is responsible for plan creation and review of all public capital improvements for the City.
The Finance Department is to ensure that the City Tipp City’s financial resources are protected through sound financial management.
Tipp City’s Fire Department is composed of a dedicated group of 24 paid volunteers and serves all of Tipp City, surrounding Monroe Township, as well as parts Concord Townships.
Tipp City now has over 800 acres of parks and prairies including 12 neighborhood parks and 2 large city-wide parks.

The Street Maintenance Division is responsible for leaf and snow removal, pothole and street repair, and the cleaning of curbs and streets.
All Tipp City residents 18 years of age and older are required to file an annual income tax return with the City regardless of if or where they work.
Tipp City’s Utility Billing Department is responsible for billing over 5,200 accounts monthly for electric, water, wastewater, and/or refuse services.
The City of Tipp City provides water and sanitary sewer services to about 4000 customers. The City owns and operates two main water towers, which contain 350,000 gallons and 1 million gallons of water respectively.
The City of Tipp City is divided into zoning districts. Each district is regulated as to the permitted uses and to where you can build on your property.
