Nighttime Business Checks

During the nighttime hours, officers on patrol routinely check various businesses.  This is done in a random manner in order to avoid developing a set pattern.  The officers check the windows and doors of the businesses to make sure they are secure and that there are no signs of foul play.  If anything looks suspicious, the business owner is contacted.
