The Tipp City Council consists of seven at-large members elected to serve four-year terms. Council then elects officers amongst themselves to serve two-year terms as President of Council and Mayor.
Tipp City’s Boards and Commissions, made up of resident volunteers, ensure that all Tipp City activities are grounded in our historic past as well as the quality of life business owners and residents seek when moving here.
The City Manager manages the day-to-day Tipp City’s operations and reports to City Council. The Clerk of Council and Law Director also report to City Council, but all other city staff ultimately report to the City Manager.
