  Who do I call to report an outage?

Contact the Utilities Department at 667-6305 during regular business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm or the dispatch center at 440-9911 on weekends and before or after regular business hours.

What should I do during a power outage?

After reporting the outage to the Utilities Department at 667-6305, unplug all non essential appliances.  Also, keep refrigerator and freezer doors closed.  Continually opening and closing these doors will result in faster loss of cold air.

 Who do I contact to report a street light that is not working?

 Street light outage can be reported to the Utilities Department at 667-6305, or they can be reported on-line through our citizens request for services.

 I have tree limbs in my yard due to a storm.  Will the City pick them up for me?

On private property it is the property owners responsibility to remove tree limbs.  During the months of April-October the City offers brush and limb drop off to residents on the third Saturday of the month between 8:00am-12:00pm in Kyle Park.
