The City of Tipp City operates and maintains electric, water and wastewater utilities for the benefit of the businesses and residents of the City.  Our Utility rates are among the lowest in the entire Miami Valley Area.  The employees of the Utilities Department are committed to providing high quality service at a low and affordable cost to residents.
