Records Division

The Records Division is open seven days a week from 8am until midnight.  It is staffed by a clerk who can answer your question regarding a number of topics or direct you to the appropriate person for further assistance.

Payment of Traffic Tickets

• You may pay traffic tickets during normal business hours.  Traffic tickets must be paid before the assigned Court date.

• The Court does not accept checks.  Payment must be in the form of cash, money orders, Visa or MasterCard.

• If you did not provide the officer with proof of insurance, you must provide a copy of your insurance card or policy to avoid further action by the State of Ohio.

Reports are available Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm.

Release of Impounded Vehicles

Vehicles impounded for any reason will be released Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm, providing you have met the necessary requirements for your situation (ex: obtained a Court order, have proof of insurance and ownership, have a licensed driver if needed, pay the towing bill and impound fees, etc.).  If you have questions regarding your vehicle, contact us at 937-667-3112.
