The Miami County Bridge Crew will close Peters Rd. to all traffic from July 26th until Sept 17th for bridge replacement

Construction season is once again upon us, the City of Tipp City currently has 2 roadway projects beginning and 2 other projects planned to start early summer. 

Hartman Avenue will be closed to all thru traffic starting on May 18^th of 2010. The roadway will remain open to residents, deliveries and trash pickup. This project consists of tree removals, utility work and roadway, curb and walk reconstruction. The streets have been posted "no parking" weekdays from 7am to 5pm.  

Horton Avenue will be closed to all thru traffic starting the week of June 1^st, 2010. The roadway will remain open to residents, deliveries and trash pickup. This project consists of tree removals, utility work and roadway reconstruction. The streets will be posted "no parking" weekdays from 7am to 5pm. 

In May of 2010, CB&I Constructors, Inc. will be starting construction of the Tipp City 1.0 million gallon water tank project.  Crews will be working outside of the right-of-way with the exceptions of the months of July-August of 2010 at which time they will be placing water main across the roadway surface of Donn Davis Way.  During the months of July and August, expect lane restrictions, lane closures during construction. 

Please be cautious of construction activity and please drive with the safety of the workers as well as yourself in mind.
