Bike Path/Recreational Trail

Miami County communities are currently developing a recreational trail system that will eventually connect Piqua, Troy and Tipp City as well as the Montgomery County trail system to the south. Tipp City's bike path currently runs from the Nature Center through City Park and down to Canal Lock Park with parts in Kyle Park.

The City is pleased to announce the completion of construction on our latest phase of the City Bikeway. This bikeway was partially funded by Tipp City and with an Ohio Department of Transportation grant.

The Bikeway now connects the existing walk path / bikeway in Thomas B. Kyle Park to the existing bikeway at Canal Lock Park.
